Titanium Knives Warranty

Mission’s special blend of Titanium knives are guaranteed for their lifetime. Warranty exclusions:

Improper usage and/or abuse

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by neglect

Purposely breaking or damaging your knife

Material loss due to sharpening or repair

Steel Knives Warranty

Our Knives are guaranteed free of any defects by workmanship and material for the life of the knife. Warranty exclusions:

Failure to perform normal or necessary maintenance

Mission products are guaranteed and protected by any manufactured or workmanship defects.

If your knife should ever need any repairs or warranty work done , you should send the knife directly to the Mission Knives facility. If you are uncertain whether a repair is warranted or not, please feel free to contact Mission Knives warranty/repair department before send the knife. Enclose a return shipping address and return shipping fees along with a daytime phone number should there be a need to contact you directly. We strongly recommend that the package be properly insured as well.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

We have found that some countries do not allow us to Insure your purchase for the total amount. Please check your shipping rates and be advised unless otherwise noted the Insurance will only be for the amount allowed. If you wish to ship a different way please contact us before ordering. International Customers PLEASE contact before purchase so we can assure proper shipping charges to INCLUDE insurance.

*Some collectors do not wish their knives to be sheathed prior to shipping due to the risk of faint sheath markings that occurs with all brands of knives.  You MUST SPECIFY at checkout that you wish your knife to never have been sheathed.  Extra fees will apply and a waiting period may occur.
