| to stand up to the very rigorous duty of military usage. The hilt was designed to achieve maximum "handle-purchase," yet feel comfortable in either hand. The angled thumb ramp naturally puts the thumb in a comfortable and blade-controlling position, yet can be quickly shifted into any aggressive grip. There is also an index finger groove cut into the blade for precision cutting work. When opened, the blade is fully locked in place by a heavy-duty frame lock, which is of exceptional strength. Also, available with a coated A2 tool steel blade. |
