Product Description

The MPS was designed with the input and suggestions of NAVAIR, U.S Marine Recon units, units of the Army’s Special Operations Command, and various United States Special Operations personnel. The MPS is easily slip into the existing pilot survival knife’s sheath. Many back packers, hikers, mountain climbers and campers have also told us that the MPS is the prefect utility knife. The blade of the MPS is a smaller version of the MPK with the same “blade belly” that makes the knife a superior utility model. Notice the distinctive skeletonized handle that allows this knife to fulfill requirements where ultimate light weight and thin profiles are demanded. The MPS comes with a kydex sheath and detachable handles are available.

  1. Good Battle Knife.

    I've been deployed three times and each time I had a Mission Knife with me. The knife is extremely durable and is just the right size for the user. I have both knives, with and without the G-10 handles. I prefer the G-10 handles for improved grip, but for weight and knife body profile, the skeleton handle model, works well. I prefer to have Mission Knives resharpen my knives, since titanium is such a hard metal to sharpen by hand. Mission Knives does a wonderful job in touching up the edge. My only recommendation is that they design a better sheath for their knives. I currently use the SPEC-OPS knife sheath for both my MTK and MPS. Overall, the knife would definitely be a crucial part of one's personal kit. SSG. "T".
